AHA PEELING FOR THE FEET

This is a skincare treatment using AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) which is a chemial exfoliating agent, to nourish and moisturize the skin on the feet.

The treatment is suitable for all skin types and skin colors. It can even out skin tone, moisturize the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles on the feet. It is especially effective for those who are experiencing mild to medium aging in the feet area.

Mechanism

AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) falls under the acid category (they are acidic with average pH level of 3 ~ 4). AHA can be found easily in nature, usually extracted from fruits or plants.

AHA works on the uppermost layers of the skin’s surface, loosening the bonds between the layers filled with dead skin cells and the new, radiant skin beneath. This exfoliation process encourages our body to produce new & healthier skin cells. By using AHA, the skin surface will become smoother, firmer, brighter and more even in tone.

Skincare after treatment

- Avoid direct contact with heat, minimize sun exposure to the feet and use sunscreen with SPF30 and above for the feet when going out

- Use soap and foot cream that are gentle on the skin and suitable for sensitive skin
