WHAT IS THE MECHANISM OF PULSED RF (RADIO FREQUENCY) AND "NA" EFFECT? 

It uses pulsed radio frequency waves to generate a powerful electromagnetic field of energy safely and effectively within the skin. The radio frequency is introduced into the skin via micro-needles. For other derma-roller machines, the power will be released from the needle tip to the surrounding areas. The frequency of energy released from SYLFIRM is 2 mHz. The SYLFIRM needle tip will enter the skin to a depth depending on the purpose of treatment, up to a maximum of 3.5 mm. SO WHAT IS THE TISSUE MEMBRANE? 

The tissue membrane (basement membrane) is the base layer of the skin, located between the epidermis and the mesmis. The basement membrane supports the essential cells that make up the skin, including melanocytes (melanoma). Melanoma is a cell that produces melanin. If the melanoma works too strongly, producing too much melanin, it will cause melasma.

For melasma, if the basement membrane is weak or damaged, the melanoma in the basement membrane will have the opportunity to go deeper into the skin and work more vigorously. This leads to deeper melasma under the skin; melasma is constantly recurring and difficult to treat completely.
